Over the past 4-5 years, I've put on a few extra pounds and it was never a big issue until I really looked at my body in the mirror and absolutely hated what I saw. I decided it's time I finally lose the weight and feel comfortable and sexy ;)
The thing I'm working on most is my "middle" I'm really trying to tone up and slim my legs. i HATE my legs. And of course to flatten and tone up my stomach because who doesn't want perfected abs?
